Why Small Groups?
Small change occurs best in a small group of loving believers.
While we believe our weekend church services and Bible studies
are essential for the healthy development of every Christian, we
also believe Small Groups are vital. The Bible tells us the
first Christians “devoted themselves to the apostle’s teaching,
and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
...They broke bread together in their homes and ate together
with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying favor of
all the people...” (Acts 2:42-47)
What is a Small
Group?
...A Small Group consists typically of 5-15 people meeting
weekly or bi-weekly in a home.
Who can be in a
Small Group?
...You! We encourage everyone to be in a Small Group on a
regular basis. When you visit a group you will meet new friends
who love the Lord and can relate to you and the world you live
in.
What can I expect
at a Small Group meeting?
...While each Small Group develops its own unique personality,
each will consist of a time of fellowship, prayer, and Bible
study.
What if I try one
and am not comfortable?
...Try another one! Find one where you feel “at home”!
