"Vision is spiritual awareness.  Vision sees more than the strength of an adversary or the size of a problem.  Vision sees God at the center of the equation. "

COMING UP...Sunday August 8th...

Transformation, real life change… for the good. Our desire to become like Christ means that we will go through transformation. From selfish motives to being motivated by service. From a world view that it’s all about me to a Kingdom lifestyle that reflects Him.

Sunday August 1st...

Have you ever tried to change somebody? It doesn’t work, does it? We want to look at 2 Corinthians 3 for the next two weeks and see how Biblical change takes place in our lives. Paul, as we have learned through Acts, experienced lasting transformation by the Spirit of God. We, too, can expect change by that same Spirit of God! So the question is this – are you a good read?

Sunday July 25th...

As we come to the end of our study of the book of Acts, the record stops, but the story of the church continues. In fact, you could say that Acts is still being written today. God is still empowering people to spread the Good News. Join us for some final thoughts on evangelism and the pattern of the Apostle Paul’s life.

Sunday July 18th...

In the last chapter of the book of Acts we are going to see the blessing of the Lord on the Apostle Paul, in spite of his many trials. Has God been good to you? Take time to stop and consider the many ways He has helped you or you will rush through life and miss the goodness of God.

Sunday July 11th...

I think it is safe to say that in life you are either entering a storm, are in a storm, or you are coming out of a storm. Life works that way. There are storms that come, but in Acts chapter 27 we are going to discover some wonderful principles on how to experience calm in the midst of crisis.

Sunday July 4th...

Every opportunity the Apostle Paul had to share Jesus he seized. Why? What drove Paul to share Christ even in hostile environments? Paul understood that when a person comes to Christ, something happens in their life; a fundamental transformation takes place in the heart. The gospel transforms them and changes them. Join us as we learn some valuable lessons on sharing our faith.

Sunday June 27th...

Christians are often told by those in the world to keep their faith to themselves. But Jesus told us to, “go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.” Why do we hesitate and struggle over who to obey? The Apostle Paul will teach us some important lessons in Acts 25.

Sunday June 20th...

The Bible gives us many wonderful examples of people who were tried and tested, but found true. As we continue to look at the life of the Apostle Paul we are going to glean some powerful principles on how to live a godly life among those who despise and hate our message.

Sunday June 13th...

There is a word for the habit of putting things off and it is called procrastination. What happens when we procrastinate over spiritual things? The answer is found in Acts 24 where we meet a Roman governor who was confronted with the gospel time and time again, but his answer was always the same: Tomorrow I’ll do it, there is no hurry today.

Sunday June 6th...

When it comes to God working in our life, He works in one of two ways. He works through miracles, by interrupting the natural flow of events, and He works through providence, by using the natural flow of events. If you are a child of God, you can rest secure that He is using the natural events and circumstances happening in your life to accomplish His will. Come and learn how.

Sunday May 30th...

The Apostle Paul was the kind of Christian who could say, “follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.” It almost seems like Paul could do no wrong. But in Acts, chapter 23, he loses his temper in public and responds in an un-Christ-like way. Does Paul try to justify his behavior or defend his actions? Join us for part 2 of “Maintaining a Clear Conscience.”

Sunday May 23rd...

The Bible has a great deal to say about man’s conscience. When a person has a clear conscience, there is a confidence that comes into their life. When a person violates their conscience, it triggers feelings of shame, guilt, anxiety and fear. Join us as we learn how to keep a clean conscience that will embolden our walk with God.

Sunday May 16th...

Going forward in our study of Acts, we’ll see how Paul’s persecution and faith will teach us to turn a negative time in our life into a positive testimony of God’s faithfulness to us.

Sunday May 9th...

It is our desire to be fruitful… what does that look like in the life of a believer? What does that even mean? We are going to take a look at the teaching of Jesus and an example from the Patriarch Joseph to see what it means and how we can be fruitful. It will challenge us to see both our part, and God’s part in this call. Here’s the deal: the Scripture will help us to overcome those “walls” that we “grow” up against! Join us for a message of discovery and direction!

Sunday May 2nd...

We are going to continue examining how negative situations can be turned into positive testimonies. Some people believe that only the things that are positive in their life are from God. But we are going to see how God works miracles through problems and creates testimonies through tests.
